• Terms and conditions of any warranties or service guaranties to protect customers against product defects and non-performance will be clearly displayed.
• Bestcoat is committed to clearly displaying discounted prices (where applicable).
• Bestcoat accepts payment in Singapore Dollars via cash or cheque.
• Bestcoat will charge in accordance to the confirmed contract.
• Any additional charges for extra services will be clearly stated.
• Bestcoat is committed to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Customers can redress unresolved disputes to C.A.S.E Mediation Centres.
